Barnet Homes are aware of incidents where bogus callers have tried to gain access to properties, stating that they are there to carry out inspections in the property.
All our staff carry official I.D. stating their name and a photograph. Please do not let anyone into your home if you are unsure of who they are, or if they do not have any valid ID.
If we have staff from partner organisations or contractors needing access to your home, we will write to you in advance.
