How to make a Freedom of Information request

Please describe the information you would like with as much detail as possible so that we can deal with it promptly.
Please note there may be a charge for some information, in which case we will send you an invoice that you will need to pay beforehand.
You will receive a response from us promptly and in any event within 20 working days.
If it is likely that the investigation will take longer, we will respond outlining the reasons for delay and give an estimated date for the final response.
