Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and the recently updated government guidance amid the national lockdown, we are currently only able to respond to essential repairs. This is to minimise contacts to protect both our customers and our operatives.

Essential repairs include those which will ensure residents have a safe supply of electricity, heating, water or hot water and repairs that will ensure homes are watertight, safe, secure and free from health and safety hazards. Essential repairs also include resolving repair issues that if left unattended could become a health and safety hazard.

Please report any non-essential repairs to us from the week begining 15th February. This is when we will be reviewing the repairs & gas services we can offer.
