Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are prioritising helping our most vulnerable customers at this difficult time. 

Until Monday 1 June we were providing an emergency repairs service and urgent repairs service only. Emergency repairs include those which affect the security of your property, total loss of electricity, gas or water, total loss of heating, serious water leaks that cannot be contained, blocked toilets or any leaks involving foul waste.

From 1 June, we are accepting reports of routine repairs from residents. However, waiting times will be considerably longer than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Emergency repair

For an emergency repair (for example a major water leak), please call us immediately on 020 8080 6587.

This is our emergency number operating 24 hours a day.

If you have an out of hours repairs emergency and cannot get through for any reason, contact:

Gas leaks

If there is a gas leak, contact National Grid on 0800 111 999.

Non-emergency repairs

You can use our online repairs service to identity and report your repair, or contact us.

Password scheme

For extra security, you can sign up to our password scheme. This means our contractors will have to give your password before you will let them into your home.
