Barnet Homes has been working on the Local Authority Delivery Phase 3 (LAD3) on sustainable warmth to increase the heat efficiency of residents’ homes. We have worked hard to ensure each qualifying household could benefit from having energy efficiency improvements installed under this Government-funded scheme.
However, the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero has advised us that the scheme is due to end on 30 September 2023 and due to high demand, we are unable to progress applications any further.
