No Barnet Homes properties clad with Thermowood

Barnet Homes was saddened to hear of the fire at Barking Riverside on Sunday 9 June 2019.

Although the cause of the fire has yet to be established, we would like to reassure residents that none of our medium or high-rise blocks (five floors or above) are clad with Thermowood.

We are committed to spending £52 million on behalf of Barnet Council for fire safety works in our properties across the borough. Improvements include new sprinklers, fire doors and fire detection systems.
