Rent cards
If you use a rent card to pay your rent and weekly charges, it will continue to work after the 30th June. You will not need a new one.

Barcode letters
If you use a letter with a printed barcode to pay your rent or leasehold service charge, this will no longer work after the 30th June. If you are a tenant please contact us on 020 8359 3102 and we will arrange for a new one to be sent to you.  If you are a leaseholder please contact us on 020 8359 6020.
