Thank you for your request darted 15 January 2024, asking for information that we hold as follows:

Please may I request an up to date list of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers that have or will be involved with the demolition of Cheshir Hall (D1 use class), Cheshir House (C3 use class) and assorted outbuildings, and construction of 217 residential units comprises of 106 market housing units (47 one bedroom two person flats, 10 two bedroom three person flats, 8 two bedroom 4 person flats, 22 two bedroom four person flats, 17 two bedroom four person houses, 2 three bedroom five person flats) 16 shared ownership (5 one bedroom two person flats, 4 two bedroom three person flats, 3 two bedroom four person flats, 4 two bedroom four person flats), affordable units (2ine bedroom one person flats, 4 two bedroom four person flats, 8 two bedroom four person flats, 6 three bedroom 5 person flats), including 75 extra care units (64 one bedroom two person flats, 11 two bedroom three person flats (C3 use class) across six blocks (a-f) comprising 15 residential buildings, ranging from 1 to 7 storeys in height, the construction of bin stores and other outbuildings, associated access, parking and landscaping works includes Sustainable Urban Drainage System and alterations to the external appearance of the retained residential blocks. The development has been designed to meet Secured by Design Requirements. Sustainable information this development has been designed to achieve BREEAM Very Good rating. (Fosters Estate, London)

Please note for the third category you ask for (‘suppliers’) cannot be provided as materials etc are procured by the contractor / sub-contractor via their supply chain and Barnet Homes don’t independently order materials etc.
