| How many empty 3 bedrooms? – 25 |
| We would qualify the empty property questions by adding that some of these are in the process of being re-let and the average letting time for routine lettings is 31 days. |
| How many properties are currently awaiting to be downsized? 58 |
| How many tenants in 1 bed properties are overcrowded? 16 |
