Grahame Park residents and visitors are set to navigate the estate easier than ever before with the array of new maps and signage rolled out across the estate.

The maps and finger signs are the first new wayfinding installations at Grahame Park in a generation.

With so many changes to the layout of the estate during the regeneration, Regeneration Lead Michelle Davies says it was important to install some new signage to help residents, contractors and visitors navigate the estate.

“We’ve installed four large maps which cover the whole estate, and finger signs in key areas which point to community venues like the library and places of worship,” says Michelle.

Catch a sneak peek of the new regeneration branding

If you head down for a stroll through Grahame Park, you may notice the new maps using the Heybourne Park branding, to subtly introduce the branding of the wider part of the estate which is already undergoing regeneration.

The maps have also been designed in a way that they can be adapted as the regeneration progresses, and the layout of the estate changes. The contractor will re-wrap the signs as new blocks are built and named.
