Can you please provide all postcodes + dates (of notification) for all studios in the Borough of Barnet, that are in the private-sector, + that have become available in the period from 1-12-2022 until now, + that BarnetHomes has been notified about? By date of notification I mean, the date that each has been notified to BarnetHomes as available.

Barnet Homes does not this data – it is possible that the London Borough of Barnet holds this. You may also be able to check online; here are various websites that provide this data, although they may be a charge in some instances.
