Can you provide me with what Let2Barnet recommends or uses as a standard/typical tenancy-contract for a studio?
Barnet Homes’ response:
The Landlord/Agent use their own AST – Assured Shorthold tenancies.
We do refer people to the Government website for guidance :- Model agreement for a shorthold assured tenancy – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
