Our staff support people to take part in activities that meet their needs and interests. Using person-centred planning tools and approaches, we work with individuals (and families and carers where appropriate) to establish personal goals.

The focus is to support people to develop skills, gain more independence and become a valued part of their community.

Flower Lane provides specialist support to people on the autism spectrum.

We offer a diverse range of activities within our main centre and out in the community.

Barnet Independent Living Service (BILS) offers specialist support to adults with a range of physical and sensory impairments.

We work with individuals and in partnership with other organisations to help people reach their potential and get the most out of their life. In doing so we have a strong focus on the values and principles of the social model of disability.

PA Choices matches people who are in receipt of direct payments with personal assistants who are able to support them on a day to day basis.

Rosa Morison Day Centre

Rosa Morison is a day service for adults with profound and complex learning and physical disabilities.

We pride ourselves on giving people the support to exercise choice and independence in their day-to-day lives.

Well regarded by parents, carers and professionals, we work with health professionals to offer a fun and supportive environment. There is a strong focus on therapeutic programmes that maintain people’s health and wellbeing.

Supported Living

Barnet Supported Living Service (Supported Living) helps people with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own home.

By offering service users support in all areas of living, we help them to enjoy life to the full, both at home and out and about. We encourage people to develop and maintain purposeful and meaningful skills.

It is important to us that people are secure and happy. That’s why we ensure people live in neighbourhoods that they like and that meet their needs. We offer 24-hour support where needed.

Valley Way Respite Service

Valley Way is a respite service for adults with complex learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour.

Our service gives families and carers a chance to take a break from their caring responsibilities overnight, for several days or weeks.

Our highly experienced staff provide the essential level of support needed so families can rest assured their children are safe and supported when they stay with us.
