“The staff at Rosa Morison deserve this award due to the work they do on a day to day basis, providing the highest standard of care to adults with profound learning disabilities. They are led by a fantastic manager who is extremely passionate about the service and quality of care given. All staff members have wonderful relationships with the service users and their families and work so well together as a team in what can be a very stressful and pressured environment. Whatever challenges they are faced with, such as staff shortages or problems with transport, they always ensure the standard of care given is their top priority.
