Cllr Carrie Reiners

Cllr Carrie Reiners is Director of Fundraising and Engagement at SPEAR, where she leads fundraising and communications for the charity that supports people experiencing homelessness across south-west London. With nearly 30 years’ experience in the charity sector in both the UK and USA, she has held senior leadership roles in fundraising, communications, governance and organisational development across sectors including social services, education and the arts.

Carrie was elected as Councillor for the ward of West Hendon in May 2026 and is a long-term resident of Cricklewood. She brings extensive experience in community engagement, strategic leadership and partnership working, alongside a strong commitment to improving opportunities and outcomes for local residents.
