Currently a Senior Development Consultant at a leading affordable housing consultancy, Nick is involved a broad range of schemes including major estate regeneration projects, a large scale retrofit and green energy initiative and is helping several public bodies to review and unlock stalled residential development projects. He also and works with a range of private developers, registered providers and professional consultancies to identify best routes to delivery of new residential and mixed use development opportunities.
