Wheelchair-adapted homes completed at Little Strand

The Barnet Group’s ambitious house-building reached another milestone this week with the handover of 23 flats at Little Strand in Colindale. Eight houses at Little Strand have already been handed over, and the remaining houses are expected to be completed at the end of January.

Five of these flats will be specially adapted for wheelchair users, and all will be allocated to households with a housing need.

The new homes form part of Barnet Council’s commitment to deliver 1,000 new social homes by 2026.
