Valley Way has received a ‘Good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Valley Way is a respite service for adults with complex learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour.

The Care Quality Commission recently inspected the service and we are pleased to be able to share the good news that they awarded Valley Way with a ‘Good’ rating.

Some of the positive observations about the Valley Way service CQC inspectors noted included the ‘robust safeguarding processes’ and found that ‘staff were caring and kind in their interactions with people and families told them the service had a homely feel. People’s dignity and privacy was respected.’
