Project Description
Tatiana has lived in the London Borough of Barnet for 25 years. Since becoming a social housing tenant in 2016 in a regeneration area, she became interested in how Barnet Homes operates and how the processes are developed to improve the lives of the residents, building a stronger community. For the past 2.5 years, she has been a member of the Resident Board, acting as Vice Chair since September 2021. She has recently been appointed as Chair of the Barnet Homes Resident Board.
Tatiana has vast experience working in care settings, particularly ensuring those providing direct services are equipped to perform their role. Her expertise is in implementing new systems and developing processes, particularly in IT; she will use her analytical skills and experience as a tenant to be the resident’s voice.
