Tim joined The Group in February 2018 from London & Quadrant Housing Trust, where he was Group Director, Customer Services.

Tim worked for L&Q for 12 years, recently leading on the transformation of maintenance services: where he set up their in-house repairs team. Prior to that, he had responsibility for Customer Services and was a Neighbourhood Director. Tim has also held senior customer service roles in the charity and telecoms sectors.
