Jeremy Arnold

In his role as Assistant Director of Development at Swan Housing, Jeremy has responsibility for major new business opportunities and several large estate regeneration projects of over 1000 homes. The role also includes being part of the company’s continuous improvement group, the technical and quality groups and environmental & sustainability initiatives. Jeremy is also involved in the process, design and delivery of homes from Swans 2 modular factories. Previously as Head of Acquisitions & Planning at One Housing, Jeremy was responsible for the new business and acquisition element of the development department for Greater London. Under Jeremys direction the department had a development programme of c. £1.8bn and an annual acquisition target of 900 homes a year. Prior to working in Development, Jeremy worked with adults with enduring mental health issues both residential and in the community as well as homeless young people in residential hostels.
