Our Assist alarm and monitoring services offers people help and security at home at the touch of a button.

Available to any resident in the borough of Barnet and surrounding areas, it gives reassurance that fast and effective help is at hand if people have an accident or get into difficulty.

How Assist works

The Assist alarm unit is designed to summon help, through a telephone line, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – enabling people to live as independently as possible.

Users can activate the alarm unit from any room in their home using a radio button. The microphone is so sensitive that will pick up their voice from a considerable distance.

We also offer telecare services for additional reassurance, with non-intrusive sensors detecting if our customers may be in difficulty.

We pride ourselves on knowing each customer and on our swift and professional response to any emergency situation.
