The Fosters Estate in Hendon is one of Barnet’s largest and is part of a new construction project which will deliver 142 new homes. The homes are being built for Sage Homes, by contractors Hill Group, with Barnet Homes managing the process. 82 homes will be for shared ownership, while 60 will be for Barnet Homes’ allocations.
