Work to begin resurfacing footways at the Grahame Park Estate will be on Monday 26 February 2024.

Footways on The Concourse and the Quakers Course area will be resurfaced with a new, even, hard-wearing surface as Barnet Council and Barnet Homes continue to invest in the Grahame Park area.

The works will take place in four phases:

Phase 1:

  • Resurfacing of footway by the Old Library and the Community Centre

Phase 2:

  • Resurfacing of the central Concourse footway

Phase 3:

  • Resurfacing of footway from Nardini block to the entrance of the Concourse (under Moorhouse block)

Phase 4:

  • Resurfacing of Quakers Course Bus Stop area.
  • Please note that bus services will continue to operate during the works and will not be affected.

The footway known as Flight Approach that runs from Kemp block to Folland block will not be resurfaced as Notting Hill Genesis will start redevelopment in this area in late 2024.

Minimising disruption

  • Works are being delivered in a phased approach to ensure that all pedestrian routes and access to commercial/community units and shops on the Concourse remain accessible, with minimal disruption.
  • Works will take place between 8am and 5pm from Monday to Friday.

Your patience during these works is much appreciated.
