Race Equality and Social Housing

The Housing Associations Charitable Trust (HACT) want to hear your views to inform a new programme of work for racial equality for housing associations in London and the South East.

The programme of work will aim to build communities in diverse areas, and help housing associations build stronger relationships with BAME residents.

HACT want to hear your opinions on your housing association if they are your landlord, or if you are community group who works with housing associations.

They will share the results of this survey with housing associations, but answers from residents will be entirely anonymous.

Feedback from community groups on this survey will also be anonymously shared with housing associations, unless you tell HACT otherwise. HACT ask community groups to share contact information with them, so that they can contact you when the programme of work starts.
