Thank you for your request dated 1 August 2022, we have treated this as a Freedom of Information request. You have asked for the following information, please see our responses below in blue:

Please provide a list of Barnet’s Tenants and Residents Associations (TRA), Tenants Management Organisations (TMO) and Leaseholders Groups (LG) that have been:

  1. Issued with a warning of suspension by Barnet Homes or Barnet Council and/or

Barnet Homes has provided support and capacity building for Resident Associations (properties managed by Barnet Homes) since 2004 to present day. We hold no record of any TRA, TMO or LG that has been issued with a warning of suspension from Barnet Homes or on behalf of Barnet Council

  1. Suspended on grounds of breach of code of conduct by Barnet Homes or Barnet Council.

Barnet Homes has provided support and capacity building for Resident Associations (properties managed by Barnet Homes) since 2004 to present day. We hold no record of any TRA, TMO or LG that has been suspended on the grounds of breach of code of conduct by Barnet Homes or on behalf of Barnet Council
