Having searched our records, I can advise that Barnet Homes does not hold this information.

  1. Number of empty or unused Council owned residential property/land, which have been empty for more than 12 Months within all Postcode Sectors (In Code), that are within the borough.

The Repairs department have 3 long term decants over 12 months:

    • 1 in NW7 4
    • 1 in N11 3
    • 1 in N3 3 (this is a Major Works project)

Having searched our records, I can advise that Barnet Homes does not hold this information.

  1. Email address  for these departments who look after empty housing 

We do not have generic external email addresses for teams. Decant or empty properties could be managed by any number of teams including Disrepairs, Planned Works, Responsive Repairs or the Repairs Void Team. In addition, empty properties could be managed by the Voids and lettings Team, Housing Management, Fire Safety, Major Works, Adaptations etc, it depends on the reason and type of work. All and any enquiries for Barnet Homes should be sent to Talk2Us@barnethomes.org
