A member of staff in Housing Options recently received a lovely thank you message from a customer who she helped move into alternative accommodation. Judging by the message, it’s the little things that can make all the difference! It said:
“I just wanted to say a massive thank you for transferring me to this location it’s so much better! I have a bigger wardrobe😮storage space😮bigger kitchen😮hooks on both side of the doors to put my towels and jacket on😮😮. I feel so much safer here, this area is so lovely I’m so excited! I’m soo grateful I really appreciate this!”
