The safety and peace of mind of our residents are our top priority, and following recent extensive 3rd party tests at Clare Point, Norden Point and Whychcote Point we will be removing the cladding from these blocks to ensure additional safety for our residents until the blocks are vacated in 2024. Works to remove the cladding will start week commencing 10th May through to the start of September 2021. Residents will be supported throughout this period by dedicated Barnet Homes officers.
