Barnet Homes is delighted to launch its new in-house repairs service today.

This marks a huge milestone after many months of hard work by staff at Barnet Homes. The new service will provide better customer experience and ensure a smooth customer journey.

Our Customer Experience Project Team has been working closely with Barnet Homes residents and the Performance Advisory Group to shape a repairs service which will best meet our customers’ needs.

We’d like to welcome all the staff who joined the Barnet Group family today.

Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic has meant we have not been able to celebrate the launch of service as we would have liked. Our priority continues to be serving our customers’ necessary repairs during this time.
