Dear Mr Barratt

Thank you for your email dated 14 May 2019; we have treated this as a Freedom of Information request.

You have asked for the following information; please see Barnet Homes’ response below in red:

According to information provided by Barnet Homes in response to a previous FOI request on 4/5/19, three blocks of flats owned by Barnet Homes – Granville Point, Harpenmead Point and Templewood Point – had ACM cladding removed by Keepmoat.

The response indicated that Barnet Homes requires disposal certificates for discarded materials requiring licensed disposal.

Please provide the disposal certificates relating to these three projects for the disposal of the ACM cladding.

Apologies if we were unclear about the type of materials needing licensed disposal certificates (asbestos).

ACM (Aluminium Composite Material) does not require licensed disposal certificates

ACM (Asbestos Containing Material) do require licensed disposal.

There are therefore no certificates, as we are referring to ACM (Aluminium Composite Material).
