Barnet Homes is pleased to inform customers that the customer contact centre will be open for additional hours, from 24 June.

Customers will now be able to speak to an advisor between 8am and 6pm.

Customers who call the advice lines for the Leasehold, Rental Income and Neighbourhood Housing Teams between 8-9am and 5-6pm will be forwarded to the Customer Contact Centre. Those who call between 9am and 5pm will be routed to the teams as normal.

We hope these changes allow customers to access our services at a time to suit them.
