Our Sheltered Housing team is busy firming up arrangements for the Barnet Homes’ Autumn Tea Dance which is taking place on the 20th September at St Mary’s Church Hall.

Our tea dances are very popular with so many of our older tenants. There’s going to be a raffle,  tune-tastic music entertainment from ‘Pearly King’ Mickey Driver and prizes! Afternoon tea will be included in the ticket price which is £3 each.

And, there’s a nice dance floor just waiting for some light and fancy footwork of course…

The new Mayor of Barnet, Cllr Reuben Thompstone, will be attending to meet local residents.

As the seasons change, and the weather gets cooler and nights longer and darker, it’s even more important that our older residents have a space to socialise where they feel secure and get to meet people.

If you know any older residents who would benefit from attending, please call 020 8359 3452.
