The Housing Secretary updated Parliament yesterday on the investigation into Manse Masterdor fire doors. He confirmed that experts advise the risk to public safety remains low, and fire safety advice remains the same: test your smoke alarms regularly, ensure your front door is properly closed and in the event of fire follow existing fire procedures for the building. We have written to all our residents with a Manse Masterdor to let them know that we will be undertaking a programme of works to replace these, subject to the final advice provided by government. This will be at no cost to leaseholders.

Residents are reminded that they should be aware of what they can do to keep fire safe by visiting our fire safety page here.
