The dog-owning community came together for a great doggy-day-out on the Grahame Park Estate last week, thanks to the Barnet Dogs Trust.
Up to 30 dog owners attended with their pet pooches where free microchipping, nail clipping, basic health and weight checks, free training advice DVDs were handed out and many owners qualified for the £35 neutering vouchers.
The sun was shining and representatives from the Dogs Trust said it was the best attended Barnet Dogs Trust event held ever!
One happy resident said, “this event is fantastic and is aimed at the right people….residents who are on a low income or on benefits….we need more events like this!”.
Plus over a 100 free hot dogs were also given out to residents!
The team are already looking forward to doing it all again next year.
