Option B) £4.70 per week

Rental of a lifeline alarm unit
Rental of a push button pendant (worn either around the wrist or neck)
24/7 emergency call monitoring by Assist’s call center
24/7 emergency response by our first aid trained mobile response officers to give access to the emergency services in an emergency
Cancel at any time. We collect the equipment and the service stops.

What if I don’t want a service connected to Assist’s call center

Assist offers a range of stand alone equipment that doesn’t connect to our call center and can be purchased as a one off without any additional payments (automatic wireless lights, pagers and pendants for carers, items to combat issues encountered with hearing loss, memory aids and many more). To provide effective support, contacts must: 1) Have a key to your property 2) Live within a reasonable travelling distance from your home 3) Be willing to help 4) Have a phone 5) have been informed and agree to be a nominated emergency contact The Assist service also offers an "option B" mobile response service for those clients who have one or less local emergency contact with keys.     Option A - I wish to rent an alarm unit and receive emergency call monitoring from Barnet Homes for £3.45 per week Option B - I wish to rent an alarm unit receive emergency call monitoring and receive emergency mobile response from Barnet Homes for £4.70 per week
    Recorded delivery - I wish for all equipment to be delivered via recorded delivery for a one off payment of £9.69. I understand that I will take responsibility for the installation of any equipment when it arrives. Free delivery plus home installation - I wish for all equipment to be delivered free of charge. Once delivered I wish for the equipment to be installed and tested by a professional mobile response officer for a one off payment of £33.69
