The Barnet Group is delighted to announce that it’s Registered Provider of Social Housing, Opendoor Homes, has completed fourteen new homes for affordable rent on Summers Lane, N12.
Now with well over 600 homes in its management, Opendoor Homes continues to deliver much-needed housing for Barnet residents.
At Summers Lane, a large plot of land was being underused; occupied by just two homes. These have been replaced by fourteen homes across three new blocks;
- Elgon House
- Loma Lodge
- Bale Court
Opendoor Homes worked closely with local residents to design a development which they were happy with. This included reducing the number of flats, planting new trees and increasing the open views across the site.
