The final recipient of this year’s The Barnet Group Staff Awards got a real surprise when they received their trophy from The Barnet Group Chief Executive Officer Troy Henshall, Julie Riley (Director of Care and Support) and Trudi Kleanthous (Director of Corporate Services) at Quartz Court.
The winner of the Your Choice Barnet’s CEO pick was supported Living Co-Ordinator at Quartz Court, Rachel Hammond.
Residents at Quartz Court witnessed Rachel’s award surprise and were whole-heartedly pleased for her also.
Rachel has gone from strength to strength and has played a huge part in transforming the service of Quartz Court. It’s now rated ‘Good’ by the CQC.
Rachel got the CEO pick for being so dedicated – she’s also done a massive amount of work to ensure service users adapt to their new life at the scheme.
