On 12 November The Barnet Group announced the appointment of Troy Henshall to the permanent position of Chief Executive of the Group, with immediate effect.
Since the departure of CEO Tracey Lees in March of this year, Troy has been the Group’s Interim Chief Executive. His permanent appointment follows an extensive external search process including a rigorous programme of interviews.
Terry Rogers, Chair of The Barnet Group, says: “It was unanimously agreed by the interviewing panel, which included a representative from the Council’s Executive team and a councillor, that Troy should be appointed to the permanent role, and I am delighted to say that he accepted. The Board and I have every confidence that Troy has the calibre to lead the Group through the exciting and challenging times ahead.”
