Jake Boomhauer

Jake is an experienced housing professional who has worked in Central Government across a range of different departments and roles. 

His most recent role at the Department for Levelling up, Housing & Communities was Head of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) Policy, where he worked across government and alongside stakeholders in the built environment to take forward objectives and policy. Prior to this he worked in Building Safety, and COVID-19 response roles. 

Jake is a NED Board Member for Orbit Group, a large developing Housing Association and sits on the Building Safety Steering Group. 

He has recently joined Lighthouse who are a timber-framed modular manufacturer as the Head of Growth. Lighthouse are a growing company delivering high-quality, sustainable homes, precision manufactured using modular technology.
