You can also pay by the following methods:
Using a credit or debit card on 0845 356 3456. You will need your nine digit rent account number to use this automated service, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Electron cards and American Express are not accepted by this service. There is a charge of 1.8% for credit card payments to cover the processing costs. There is no charge for debit cards.
Your housing officer can take payments by phone and these will show on your account the following day.
At the post office
Pay by cash or cheque using the rent payment card. To order a new rent payment card, please contact us.
At shops with ‘paypoint’ outlets
Please phone us and we will send you a letter with a barcode on it that you take to a paypoint outlet with your cash payment (paypoint outlets only accept cash).
All payments by crossed cheque and postal order must be made payable to ‘London Borough of Barnet’ and sent to:
Cashiers, Finance, 1 Floor Building 4, North London Business Park, Oakleigh Road South, London N11 1NP
Your address and nine digit account number must be written on the back of the cheque or postal order.
By standing order
