One couple, Mr and Mrs M moved from a 4-bed to a smaller flat recently, which suited their more recent housing needs.
Their son said:”Thank you for all the help and support you afforded my parents. Through what was an extremely hard time for them you gave them reassurance that their needs and wants were finally being taken seriously. I think they can also see the new home will be better suited to their ongoing needs.”
The Fresh Start Scheme helps secure tenants to downsize to a smaller property within the London Borough of Barnet.
